What You Should Know About the Platform

1 Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

Welcome to reze44. By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the reze44 platform — whether through the website, mobile app, or any other medium — you hereby fully and unconditionally agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions set out in this document.

• You must be a real individual registering under your own name and not on behalf of any third party.

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) account only at reze44. Multiple account registrations by the same individual constitute a serious terms violation and may result in all related accounts being immediately suspended or closed.

3 Account Management and Security

You are fully responsible for keeping your reze44 account safe and secure at all times. This includes:

• Keep your password secure and never share your login credentials with anyone.
• Use a strong, unique password that is not shared with any other account.
• Ensure that the device used to access reze44 is free from malware and security threats.
• Notify the reze44 support team immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

Reze44 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access resulting from your own negligence or security breach. All activities carried out through your account are entirely your responsibility.

You can update your account information at any time through the account settings section on the reze44 platform. Changes to sensitive details such as your phone number or primary email may require additional verification.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the reze44 platform are subject to the following policy:

Regarding Deposits:

• The minimum deposit is RM 20 for most payment methods.
• Deposited funds are automatically credited to your account once the payment is confirmed by the payment provider.
• All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. reze44 does not accept third-party deposits.
• Reze44 does not charge any fees on deposits; however, third-party payment providers may apply their own charges.

Regarding Withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal is RM 50.
• Withdrawals are only processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, subject to anti-money laundering policy.
• All withdrawals must pass standard security verification before approval.
• Withdrawal processing times range from a few minutes to 24 hours, depending on the chosen method and current processing load.
• Reze44 reserves the right to request additional supporting documents for withdrawals that exceed certain limits.

5 Bonuses, Promotions, and Rewards

Reze44 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions stated in each respective promotion. The general conditions applicable to all bonuses are as follows:

• All bonuses come with wagering requirement that must be met before winnings derived from that bonus can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses may only be used by eligible players as specified in the terms of each promotion.
• Each player is only eligible to claim each promotion once unless otherwise stated.
• Reze44 reserves the right to cancel bonuses or wins obtained through dishonest means, promotion abuse, or terms violations.

Players suspected of dishonestly exploiting promotions — such as opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly — will face action including cancellation of all bonuses and account closure.

6 General Game Rules

All games on the reze44 platform use independently audited Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fairness. All game outcomes are final and cannot be disputed.

• Any technical failure that occurs during gameplay will result in the affected bet being voided and the funds returned to your account balance.
• Reze44 reserves the right to void any bet placed as a result of a technical error or incorrectly displayed odds.
• Players are responsible for ensuring they understand the rules of each game before placing bets.
• All confirmed bets are final and cannot be changed or cancelled.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the reze44 platform and may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of all funds, and legal action where applicable:

• Money laundering — using the reze44 platform to process or conceal funds obtained through illegal means.
• Identity fraud — registering using another person's information or documents.
• Multiple accounts — owning or operating more than one account at reze44.
• Exploit abuse — exploiting technical errors, bugs, or system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Collusion — colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in poker or Live Casino games.
• Use of automated software — using bots, scripts, or any automated software to play on your behalf.
• Payment fraud — using credit cards or payment methods that are unauthorized or not owned by you.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

Reze44 reserves the right to suspend or close any user's account at any time for the following reasons:

• Violation of any section of these Terms and Conditions.
• Confirmation that the user does not meet the specified eligibility requirements.
• Suspected fraudulent activity or money laundering.
• At the request of the relevant authorities.

If your account is closed due to a terms violation, reze44 reserves the right to hold all funds in the account while an investigation is conducted. If the closure is voluntary and no violation has occurred, your eligible account balance will be returned once the necessary processing is complete.

9 Liability Limits

Reze44 provides the gaming platform on an as-is basis and makes no guarantee that the service will always be available without interruption or free from errors. To the extent permitted by applicable law:

• Reze44 is not liable for any losses arising from technical failures beyond our control, including internet disruptions or power outages on the user's end.
• Reze44 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses suffered by users in the use of the platform.
• Reze44's total liability to any user shall not exceed the net deposit amount made by that user in the preceding 12 months.
